Prices
Prices shown are per room, per night, and are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Age Policy
Children below the age of 17 are not permitted. Children aged 17 and older must occupy a room with an adult.

Pets
Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is at 2 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Check-out is at 10 am. Late check-out is subject to availability.

Payment Methods
We accept payments via MasterCard, Visa, cash, and bank transfer.

Booking and Payment
Direct reservations will be charged upon your arrival at Meno House. Credit card details are required at the time of making the reservation to secure the booking.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellation policies. Guests may cancel their reservation according to the booking policy selected at the time of making the reservation. Non-refundable reservations will be charged in full.

Force Majeure
In the occurrence of force majeure events and the suspension of all transportation services to and from the Gili Islands, guests are eligible for a refund. However, if alternative transportation options are available, Meno House reserves the right to withhold refunds. In such cases, guests may opt to receive a booking credit for a future stay equivalent to the value of the affected reservation.

Medical Conditions
As Meno House is situated on a tropical island and constructed with traditional materials like alang-alang, guests are kindly requested to inform us of any severe or pre-existing medical conditions before arrival. This allows us to provide appropriate information and guidance. Failure to disclose such information may result in the resort declining refund requests post-check-in for related issues.

Illness and Reservation Fulfillment
In the event of illness preventing guests from fulfilling their reservation or associated transportation arrangements, Meno House is not obligated to issue a refund. However, we will provide assistance by furnishing a statement letter that can be submitted to the guest's travel insurance provider for potential reimbursement of lost reservation costs.

Damage or Loss of Property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and may be charged for repairs or replacements. We request that guests report any damage immediately. Any unreported damage discovered post-checkout may result in additional charges.

Health and Safety Measures
Meno House follows all local health and safety guidelines. We kindly request guests to inform us of any recent illness or exposure to contagious diseases prior to arrival. Guests are required to adhere to any health and safety protocols in place during their stay, including social distancing and wearing face masks when required. Failure to comply with these measures may result in the cancellation of the stay without refund.

Refund Policy for Early Departures
No refunds will be issued for early departures unless otherwise stated.
